推动新建本科院校向应用型、技术型高校转型是我国高等教育未来改革发展的基本趋势。在学校转型发展背景下，传统的汉语言文学专业也面临着转型之痛。根据自身现实条件，构建新的适应社会发展需要的汉语言文学专业应用型人才培养模式，成为新建本科院校摆脱专业发展现实困境的必由之路。应该对汉语言文学专业的学生，在新闻、文秘、语文教育学等模块化培养方面进行应用型人才培养的模式化改革，并在课程体系设置、强化实践教学、改革考核方法、实行导师制下的学生职业发展规划、以科研带教学等方面进行深入探索。%To promote the newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities to the applied and technical transformation of colleges and universities is the basic trend of China’s higher education reform and development in the future. In the transformation of school development background, the traditional Chinese language and literature profession is faced with the pain of transformation.Therefore, according to the practical conditions, constructing a new training mode for the Chinese language and Literature specialty to meet the requirements of the social development has become the only way to free us from current predicament. This thesis gives a deep thought about the students’ enrollment of Chinese language and Literature Specialty, the mode reform in the News Specialty and the Secretarial Specialty, the Language Pedagogy Modular Specialty for carrying out talents training patterns, as well as strengthening the practice of teaching,reforming assessment methods, and also about how to put the mentoring student career development planning into practice so as to improve the teaching with the scientific research.
