金天格胶囊治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床观察

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of Jintiange capsule on treating postmenopausal osteoporosis.Method:A total of 112 patients were divided into two groups according to inclusion and exclu-sion standard.Patients in control group used Caltrate calcium tablet,and in research group used Jintiange capsule.The changes of bone density and clinical efficiency of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results:The bone density of research group was (0.62 ±0.05)g/cm2,,and the change of bone density was (0.17 ±0.04)g/cm2,which were both higher than those of control group,with significant differences (P <0.05).Total efficiency rate of research group was 95.6%,which was higher than 73.2% of control group,and the difference had statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion:Jintiange capsule has good efficiency on treating postmenopausal osteoporosis,and it can increase patients’bone density,prevent recur-rence of illness and improve curative efficiency which is worthy of promotion in clinic.%目的：评价金天格胶囊治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法：依据纳入排除标准共选取112例患者并随机分为2组，对照组给予钙尔奇钙片进行治疗，研究组给予金天格胶囊治疗；对比治疗后两组的骨密度变化情况及临床疗效。结果：研究组患者治疗后骨密度为（0.62±0.05）g／cm2，骨密度变化值为（0.17±0.04）g／cm2，研究组患者治疗后骨密度和骨密度变化值均较对照组有明显增加，均有统计学差异（P ＜0.05）。临床效果比较，研究组治疗总有效率为95.6％，高于对照组（73.2％），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：金天格胶囊治疗绝经后骨质疏松症临床效果较佳，既可有效增加患者骨密度值，防止疾病复发，改善预后，又可显著提高治疗有效率，值得临床推广使用。
