《论语》中的管理思想对企业人力资源管理的启示

摘要

The paper sorts out and analyzes the management thoughts in The Analects. According to the present theoretical basis and the current situation of enterprises' HRM, the paper analyses outstanding problems in HRM and points out their underlying reasons. Then the paper tries to summarize the useful enlightenment of management thoughts in The Analects on HRM.%梳理《论语》中包含的管理思想，结合现有的理论基础及企业人力资源管理的现状，分析当前企业在人力资源管理方面存在的一些突出问题及其原因，试从《论语》的管理思想中，提炼出其对现代企业人力资源管理的有益启示。
