盐酸托莫西汀对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童执行功能的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the influence of atomoxetine hydrochloride on executive functioning in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods Slef controlled method was used in the present study. 20 ADHD children were treated with atomoxetine hydrochloride for 8 weeks and were assessed with integrated visual & auditory continuous performance test (IVA-CPT) at baseline and at the end of the treatment. The results of IVA-CPT was compared. Results Compared with the baseline, scores of all the indexes of IVA-CPT except visual attention concentration quotient were somewhat increased at the end of the 8-week treatment, especially auditory response control quotient and auditory attention quotient (P <0.01 ) , as well as comprehensive reaction control quotient, comprehensive attention quotient, auditory response control cautious quotient and auditory response control consistency quotient ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Atomoxetine hydrochloride can improve the executive functioning obviously in children with ADHD.%目的 探讨盐酸托莫西汀对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童执行功能的影响.方法 采用自身对照的方法对20例确诊的ADHD儿童服用盐酸托莫西汀前及8周后视听整合连续执行测试(IVA-CPT)结果进行比较.结果 与服药前比较,服药8周后IVA-CPT指标中除视觉注意集中商数外,所有指标的评分均有所增加；其中听觉反应控制商数和听觉注意力商数较服药前显著增加(均P ＜0.01)；综合反应控制商数、综合注意力商数、听觉反应控制谨慎商数、听觉反应控制一致性商数也较服药前显著增加(均P ＜0.05).结论 盐酸托莫西汀对ADHD儿童执行功能具有明显的改善作用.
