医学期刊编辑心理健康状况与国内常模比较研究

摘要

Objective To explore the mental health status in editors of medical journal.Methods A total of 60 editors of medical journal were selected and assessed with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90).Results The anxiety,depression,obsessivecompulsive factor scores,total score and positive item number of SCL-90 in the editors of medical journal were all significantly higher than the domestic norm (P ＜ 0.05).In the editors of medical journal,there were no differences for the total scores of SCL-90 among differentgenders,marital status,ages and professional titles (P ＞ 0.05) and there were significant differences for the total scores of SCL-90 among different educational backgrounds and job positions (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There are problems of mental health for the editors of medical journal,which is correlated to their educational backgrounds and job positions.%目的 调查医学期刊编辑人员心理健康状况并与国内常模比较.方法 选取60名医学期刊编辑人员采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测评.结果 医学期刊编辑人员的SCL-90总分、焦虑、抑郁、强迫症状及阳性项目数均显著高于国内常模(P＜0.05).医学期刊编辑人员在不同性别、不同婚姻状况、不同年龄、不同职称之间的SCL-90总分比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05).医学期刊编辑人员在不同学历、不同工作岗位间的SCL-90总分比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 医学编辑人员普遍存在不同程度的心理健康问题,其与学历、工作岗位等因素有关.
