精神分裂症患者共情缺陷和社会功能的药物干预效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨非典型抗精神病药对精神分裂症患者的共情缺陷和社会功能的疗效.方法 选取30例首发精神分裂症患者,经非典型抗精神病药物治疗12周,治疗前后采用人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)、阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)及住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)进行测量.结果 患者治疗后IRI-C各因子分及总分较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05).患者治疗后PANSS各因子分及总分低于治疗前(P<0.05).患者治疗后SSPI各因子分及总分高于治疗前(P<0.05).结论 非典型抗精神病药可显著改善精神分裂症患者的共情缺陷、临床症状和社会功能.%Objective To explore the efficacy of atypical antipsychotics to improve empathy deficits and social function in patients with schizophrenia.Method A total of 30 patients with schizophrenia were selected and treated with the atypical antipsychotics of 12 weeks.They were assessed with Interpersonal Reactivity index-c(IRI-C), Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)and Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI)before and after treatment.Result In all patients, all factor and total scores of IRI-C after treatment were all significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).All factor and total scores of PANSS after treatment were all significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).All factor and total scores of SSPI after treatment were all significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion It's effective for the atypical antipsychotics to improve the empathy deficits, clinical symptoms and social function in the patients with schizophrenia.
