新入职医学研究生人格特征分析与心理状况调查

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the psychological status and personality characteristics of newly-recruited medical postgraduates,and to provide scientific basis for medical students' mental health education.Methods A total of 195 newlyrecruited medical postgraduates were selected and assessed with Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Results The detection rates of abnormal performances in lying score (9.2%),calibration subscale (36.9%) and hypomania scale (13.8%) were higher than other subscales of MMPI,but there was no significant difference in detection rates of abnormal performances between 2013 and 2014 (P > 0.05).The abnormal performances of SCL-90 in newly-recruited medical postgraduates were anxiety and interpersonal sensitivity;all factor scores of SCL-90 in postgraduates recruited in 2014 were significantly lower than those in postgraduates recruited in 2013 (P < 0.05).The subscale scores of lying and calibration in MMPI were negatively correlated with factor scores of interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,obsessive-compulsive symptoms and depression in SCL-90(P < 0.01);and hypomania score of MMPI was positively correlated with factor scores of interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,obsessive-compulsive symptoms and depression in SCL-90 (P < 0.01).Conclusion The psychological problems in newly-recruited medical postgraduates cannot be ignored,which might be related to personality.%目的 了解新入职医学研究生心理状况及人格特征,为医学研究生心理健康教育提供科学依据.方法 采用明尼苏达多项人格测验(MMPI)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对195名医院新入职应届毕业研究生进行问卷调查,对数据进行分析.结果 新入职的医学研究生MMPI说谎分数(9.2%)、校正分量表(36.9%)和轻躁狂量表(13.8%)异常表现检出率较高,不同年份各分量表异常检出率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);新入职的医学研究生SCL-90焦虑评分异常的人数最多,其次为人际关系敏感,2014年入职研究生的SCL-90各因子评分均低于2013年入职的研究生(P<0.05);MMPI说谎分数和校正分量表评分与SCL-90人际关系敏感、焦虑、强迫症状、抑郁评分呈负相关(P<0.01);轻躁狂量表评分与人际关系敏感、焦虑、强迫症状和抑郁评分呈正相关(P<0.01).结论 新入职医学研究生心理问题不容忽视,而且与个性有关.
