抑郁症与代谢综合征相关性研究

摘要

Objective To explore the relationship between depression and metabolic syndrome (MS) in patients with depression.Methods A total of 73 patients with depression in observation group and 60 healthy subjects in control group were selected and examined with fasting plasma glucose (FPG),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein (HDL),blood pressure and body mass index (BMI).Results The abnormal incidence rates of FPG and TG in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of MS in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There is high incidence rate for MS in patients with depression and there may be some correlation between them.%目的 研究抑郁症与代谢综合征之间的相关关系.方法 选取73例抑郁症患者(观察组)及60个健康人(对照组),检测空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、血压及身体质量指数.结果 观察组FPG和TG指标异常率高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组MS发生率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 抑郁症患者中代谢综合征患病率较高,二者之间存在一定的相关性.
