滚转组合式轴承弹性铰链研究及应用

         

摘要

To fulfill the heavy aerodynamic loads and low vibration frequency measuring requirements of hypersonic lifting aircrafts, a new apparatus of roll bearing with elastic hinge was developed.The bearing and elastic hinge were connected in parallel, and the bearing was strong enough to suffer heavy aerodynamic loads and the flexural beam was sensitive to the vibration of test model and precise for measuring the attitude variation of the model, so the contradiction of load bearing ability and reduced frequency of integrated flexure was settled.The apparatus was applied to the roll dynamic test of hypersonic lifting aircraft and roll derivatives test of a tactical missile with low vibration frequency at subsonic and transonic speeds separately, and high quality test results were obtained in both.%为满足升力体高超声速飞行器大气动载荷、低振动频率滚转动态特性的测量要求,研制了滚转组合式轴承弹性铰链机构.设计将轴承和弹性铰链并联,由轴承抵抗大的气动载荷,由弹性铰链精确测量模型滚转角的变化,解决了一体式铰链面临的承载能力和振动频率的矛盾.将该机构先后应用于升力体高超声速飞行器的滚转动态特性试验和战术导弹亚跨声速低振动频率的滚转阻尼试验,均获得良好的试验结果.
