中西医结合治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of upper limb edema after breast cancer operation.Method:60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with raising the affected limb, limit sodium, microwave, performing functional exercises and treated with hydrochlorothiazide and spironolactone.The observation group was treated with Chinese herbs in addition.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group significantly (P<0.05) .The time of limb swelling remission in observation group was shorter than that in control group significantly (P<0.05) .Conclusion:Combination of TCM and western medicine has good effect in the treatment of upper limb edema after breast cancer operation.%目的:观察中西医结合治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的临床效果.方法:60例随机分为观察组及对照组各30例.两组均抬高患肢, 限钠, 微波及功能锻炼等, 服双氢克尿噻、安体舒通.观察组加服中药.结果:总有效率观察组显著高于对照组 (P<0.05) .肢肿缓解时间观察组显著短于对照组 (P<0.05) .结论:中西医结合治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿效果较好.
