颞下颌关节磁共振影像形态与解剖形态相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective: To study the relationship of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) with anatomic characteristics of temporomandibular joint(TMJ). Methods: MRI(head ring, SE, T1 weight) was taken and anatomic measurement was conducted in 8 TMJs of 4 cadavers. The anatoic characteristics and the images of lateral pterygoid muscle(LPt) in sagittal view and condylar pterygomandibular oblique projection(CPMOP) were analysed.Results: Significant correlation(P<0.01) was found between MRI and anatomic measurements in condyle diameter and in the length, thickness and angle of superior and inferior LPts, while correlation(P<0.05) was only found in the medial 1/3 diameter of the discs. Conclusion: MRI (head ring, SE, T1) may be a reliable means for the analysis of anatomical features of TMJ osseous tissue and that of sagittal view for LPt.%目的:探讨颞下颌关节(TMJ)的磁共振成像(MRI)和相应解剖形态的相关关系。方法:4具尸体,①双侧TMJ MRI(头部线圈、SE序列T1 加权)检查和解剖学测量,并作相应的相关性分析;②翼外肌正矢状位与髁状突翼颌斜位(CPMOP)图像及相关性分析。结果:TMJ 骨质结构 MRI影像检查结果与解剖测量结果具有高度一致性,关节盘仅内1/3 两种测量结果有相关性;翼外肌正矢状位MRI和髁状突翼颌斜位MRI图像具有高度相关关系。结论:MRI(头部线圈、SE 序列T1加权) 可用以对TMJ 硬组织形态的观察和测量,翼外肌正矢状位片可用以对翼外肌上下头形态测量。
