目的:探讨高植入扭力对种植体-骨界面组织愈合的影响.方法:将36枚微型种植体以(14±1)Ncm及(11±1)Ncm的扭力植入4只Beagle犬的下颌牙槽骨,观察7d及28d的组织学、组织形态测量学及扫描电镜变化.结果:14 Ncm组植入后7d界面密骨质有重度微损伤,28d骨界面仍有许多碎骨屑.而11 Ncm组7d骨质轻度微损伤,28d骨愈合良好.2组种植体-骨结合率(BIC)无显著差异(P>0.05),7d时,2组种植体-骨密度(BD)值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但28d时,11 Ncm组BD值明显高于14 Ncm组(P<0.05).结论:适度扭力植入种植体的骨界面损伤小、愈合快,而过高植入扭力可造成骨界面严重微损伤,影响骨组织愈合.%Objective:To study inlerfacial bone healing after mini-implanls inserted by different lorques. Methods, 36 mini-im-planls were placed in the mandibular alveolar bone of 4 adult male Beagle dogs.(14 ± 1) Ncm and (11 ± 1) Ncm insertion lorque were applied in the two groups respectively at the lime of fixlure placement. Bone tissue responses were evaluated by hislological analysis at 7 and 28 days after implant placement respectively. Results, The histomorphologic observation showed that in the 14 Ncm group 7 days after implantation, bone around the implants had severe micro-injury. 28 days after implantation, there were still many bone chips in bone interface. In the 11 Ncm group 7 days after implantation, bone micro-damage was mild, bone healed well after 28 days. The implant-to-bone contact ratio(%) was not significantly different( P>0. 05) . The implant-to-bone density(BD) value of the two groups was not significantly different 7 days after implantation! P > 0. 05) , but after 28 days, the BD of 11 Ncm group was significantly higher than that in 14 Ncm group (P <0. 05) . Conclusion, Moderate insertion torque is in favor of peri-implant bone healing, and excessive torque can cause inlerfacial bone micro-damage.
