Metastasis is one of the most important biologial feature of the head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Extracapsularrnspread not only affects the prognosis of the patients,but also guides the treatment. The diagnosis and incidence of extracapsular spread,rnthe choice of treatment and the prognosis of the patients are reviewed.%转移是头颈部鳞癌最重要的生物学特征之一,颈部转移淋巴结包膜外侵犯不仅影响患者预后,同时也能指导头颈外科医生对治疗方案的选择.本文对颈部淋巴结包膜外侵犯的诊断、发病率、治疗方案选择及其预后等进行综述.
