上前牙区小直径种植体连接不同角度基台有限元分析

         

摘要

目的:研究上颌前牙区种植修复使用小直径种植体和角度基台对种植系统及周围骨的应力和应变影响及使用原则。方法:建立仿真模型,运用有限元法软件分析小直径种植体连接不同角度基台的生物力学性能。结果:各部位应力及应变随着基台角度增加呈线性递增,分布更集中;合适的修复体能分担更多负载;小直径种植体连接于8°的角度基台,皮质骨弹性形变已超过阈值。结论:基台角度增加应力应变增大,分布集中,不利于应力的分散和传导;合适的修复体能降低角度基台的不利影响。建议使用直径3.5 mm 种植体避免使用角度基台。%Objective:To study the influences of angled abutments connected with small diameter implants in anterior maxilla restora-tion.Methods:Simulation models of angled abutment with small diameter restoration in anterior maxilla were established,the biome-chanical properties of the models were studied by finite element method(FEM)analysis.Results:Following the increase of the abut-ment angle,the stress and strain of all parts increased linearly and more concentrated,while appropriate prosthetic crown could share some load.Cortical bone elastic deformation exceeded the threshold when the abutment angle was bigger than 8 °.Conclusion:With abutment angle increase,stresses and strains will increase and will be more concentrated,which is unfavorable for load conduction.Ap-propriate crown can reduce the adverse effects of angled abutment.Angled abutment should not be used for d 3.5 implant.
