目的:研究膜突蛋白(Moesin)及 CD105 在各级宫颈病变中的表达水平,探讨其与宫颈鳞癌的发展及浸润的关系.方法:采用免疫组化 SP 法检测31例正常宫颈组织(NCE)、48例宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)及66例宫颈鳞癌组织(SCC)中 Moesin及CD105 的表达.结果:从 NCE 到CIN 到 SCC 组,Moesin 的表达水平显著升高.在 CIN 组 Moesin 的表达随病变程度加重而升高;SCC 组中与 FIGO 分期、浸润深度、盆腔淋巴转移有关,与组织分化程度及年龄无关.从 NCE 到CIN 到 SCC 组,CD105 表达的微血管密度(MVD)值显著升高,在 SCC 组中与淋巴转移及浸润深度有关,且与 Moesin 蛋白具有较高关联性.结论:Moesin 蛋白及 CD105 可能在宫颈鳞癌的发展及转移过程中起重要作用,二者结合可能成为判断宫颈病变生物学行为的重要指标.%Objective: To study the expression of moesin and CD105 in different grade of cervical cancar and explore its relationship with invasion and metastasis of squamous cervical carcinoma. Methods:The expression of Moesin and microvascular density ( MVD ) labeled by CD105 in 31 cases of normal cervical epithelium (NCE) ,48 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ( CIN ) and 66 cases of squamous carcinoma of carvix(SCC) were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results:The positive expression of Moesin was remarkably increased from NCE to CIN and then to SCC group. In CIN group, the expression of Moesin was significantly positive in high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions compared to light-grade intraepithelial lesions. In SCC group, the expression of Moesin was correlated with FIGO staging, pelvic lymph node metastasis and stroma involvement, but not correlated with patients age and histological differentiation grade. The MVD was remarkably increased from NCE to CIN and then to SCC group. In SCC group, MVD was correlated with pelvic lymph node metastasis and stroma involvement, and was highly correlated with the expression of Moesin. Conclusions: Moesin protein and CD105 may play an important role in the development and metastasis of squamous cervical carcinoma,and combination of these two parameter may be a valuable marker in the judgment of biological behaviour of squamous cervical carcinoma.
