Objectives To investigate the effect of Tanshinone II A (Tan II A) and niacin with different dosage on the cardiovascular function of infant obese rat. Methods Eighty-two obesity rat were divided into 8 groups: All rats were sacrificed after 30 days of intervention. The levels of serum lipid content and IGF-1 factor were measured by. Results (l)positive effect of Tan II A and niacin on the hyperlipidemia was observed. (2)The levels of IGF-1 in the serum were slightly increased after Tan II A treatment as compare with control group, the effect of niacin was weak. (3)could protect the vessel secretary function of endothelium cells. Conclusion Tan II A and niacin could effectively adjust the dyslipidemia of infant obesity rats , and protect the injury of vessel endothelium.%目的:观察不同剂量丹参酮ⅡA及烟酸对幼年肥胖大鼠心血管系统的影响.方法:将大鼠随机分成8组进行干预实验,30 d后检测部分血脂成分、IGF-1因子、PGI2和TXA2含量,对所得结果进行分析.结果:(1)Tan ⅡA和烟酸具有不同程度的调脂作用.(2)Tan ⅡA干预后大鼠血清IGF-1表达水平均有小幅升高,烟酸对其作用较弱.(3)TanⅡA及小剂量烟酸可保护血管内皮细胞的分泌功能.结论:丹参酮ⅡA及烟酸可有效调节实验性肥胖幼年大鼠的脂质代谢紊乱及对血管内皮有明显的保护作用.
