Objective To investigate the frequencies and cytokines level changes of Th17 and Treg cells in peripheral blood of URSA. Methods The frequencies of Th17 and Treg cells were measured by Flow Cytometry ;cytokines levels of Th17 and Treg were measured by ELISA. Results There were significant increases in frequencies of Th17 cells and some cytokines such as IL-17、IL-23 levels changes in peripheral blood in URSA (P <0.01). There were significant decreases in Treg cells frequencies and cytokines such as TCF-β1、IL-1O levels changes in peripheral blood of URSA (P < 0.01). Conclusion Th17 and Treg cells are close related to the development of URSA.%目的:探讨原因不明复发性流产(URSA)患者外周血Thl7和Treg细胞频率及其细胞因子水平变化.方法:应用流式细胞技术检测URSA患者外周血Thl7和Treg细胞频率;应用ELISA方法检测URSA患者外周血Thl7细胞因子(IL-17、IL-23)和Treg细胞因子(TGFβ1和IL-10)水平.结果:URSA患者Thl7细胞在外周淋巴细胞和CD4+T细胞中的频率显著高于正常早孕者(P<0.01);而URSA患者Treg细胞在外周淋巴细胞和CD4+T细胞中的频率显著低于正常早孕者(P<0.01).URSA患者血清中IL-17、IL-23水平明显高于正常早孕者,而TGF-β1、IL-10水平显著低于正常早孕者(P<0.01).结论:URSA的发生与外周血中Thl7和Treg细胞密切相关.
