目的:检测骨桥蛋白(OPN)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在垂体腺瘤中的表达并探讨其与垂体腺瘤临床病理特征的关系.方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测80例垂体腺瘤组织中OPN和MMP-2的表达,并对二者表达与垂体腺瘤临床病理特征之间的关系进行分析.结果:本组OPN、MMP-2在垂体腺瘤中阳性表达率分别为66.3% (53/80)和55.0% (44/80),OPN、MMP-2的表达均与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤组织学类型无关(P>0.05),但在侵袭性垂体腺瘤组与非侵袭腺瘤组、复发组及非复发组之间差异有显著性(P<0.01),而且二者在垂体腺瘤中表达呈显著正相关(r=0.526,P<0.01).结论:OPN与MMP-2在垂体腺瘤中高表达与肿瘤侵性生长及复发相关,且两者在肿瘤侵袭性改变中可能起协同作用,二者联合检测有望更客观评价垂体腺瘤的侵袭性.%Objective To investigate the expressions of osteopontin (OPN) and MMP-2 and their association with the clinicopathological features of pituitary adenomas. Methods The expressions of OPN and MMP-2 were detected by immunohistorhemisty in 80 patients with pituitary adenomas , and the association of both expressions with the clinicopathological characteristics was then analyzed. Results The positive expression rate was 66.3% (53/80) for OPN and 55.0% (44/80) for MMP-2. The expressions of OPN and MMP-2 differed significantly between the invasive and the noninvasive group and between the recurrent and the nonrecurrent group (P < 0.01 ) ,but were not related with age , sex, and histological types. The OPN expression was positively associated with that of MMP-2 (P < 0.01). Conclusions The increased expressions of OPN and MMP-2 are associated with the invasiveness and recurrence of pituitary adenomas. They may play a synergetic role in the invasive growth of the tumor. Detection of both OPN and MMP-2 can be used to assess the biological behavior of the tumor.
