乳腺癌组织中CC3/Tip30蛋白的表达及其临床意义

摘要

目的:探讨CC3/Tip30在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法:应用免疫组化方法检测112例乳腺癌组织与36例正常乳腺组织CC3/Tip30蛋白的表达情况,分析其与乳腺癌临床病理特征及预后的关系.结果:CC3/Tip30在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为44.64%,明显低于在正常乳腺组织中的表达,乳腺癌组织中CC3/Tip30蛋白表达与TNM分期(χ2 ＝ 3.902,P ＝ 0.048,r ＝ -0.187)、淋巴结转移(χ2 ＝ 5.508,P ＝ 0.019, r ＝ -0.222)和Her-2(χ2 ＝ 4.908,P ＝ 0.027, r ＝ 0.209)相关,而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小以及ER、PR表达状态无关; CC3/Tip30表达阳性组和阴性组的5年特异生存率分别为68.00%和43.50%,差异有统计学意义(P ＝ 0.001).结论:CC3/Tip30蛋白在乳腺癌组织中表达下调,其缺失与乳腺癌的发展有关,且预后不良,可能为乳腺癌综合治疗提供依据.%Objective To explore the expression and significance of CC3/Tip30 in breast cancer.Methods The expression of CC3/Tip30 was detected in 112 breast cancer tissues and 36 normal tissues by immunohistochemistry and its relationship with clinic pathological parameters and prognosis was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of CC3/Tip30 in breast cancer was 44.64％ , which was significantly lower than that in normal tissues of breast (X2 = 16.421, P = 0.000). The expression of CC3/Tip30 protein was correlated with TNM staging (X2 = 3.902, P = 0.048, r = -0.187), lymph node metastasis (X2 = 5.508, P = 0.019, r =-0.222), and Her-2 status (X2 = 4.908, P =0.027, r = 0.209). But there was no correlation between the expression of CC3/Tip30 protein and age , tumor size , ER, and PR. In addition, Kaplan-Meier curves of disease-specific survival analysis showed a marked difference hetween CC3/Tip30 positive group and negative group (P = 0.001). Conclusions The expression of CC3/Tip30 protein is down-regulated in breast cancer. The loss of CC3/Tip30 was related to the development of breast cancer and poor prognosis, which may provide evidence for combined therapy of breast carcinoma.
