短信指导改善肠道准备质量的可行性与有效性研究

摘要

Objective To compare the feasibility and validity of phone message education improves quality of bowel preparation for colonoscopy. Methods The study involved 491 outpatients, among whom 243 cases were assigned to control group(group A), 248 cases were assigned to observation group(group B), respectively. To compare the quality of bowel preparation,intubation time,withdraw time,complete colonoscopy, polps dection rate and complications between group A and group B. Results The quality of bowel preparation of group B was superior to group A (P=0.01). The percentage of BBPS≥6 scores in group B was superior to group A (P=0.013). Group B consumed less time in withdraw procedure. The polps dection rate of group B was superior to group A (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in intubation time,complete colonoscopy, complications between group A and B. Conclusion Phone message can improve quality of bowel preparation for colonoscopy and polps dection rate.%目的：探讨手机短信指导改善结肠镜检查肠道准备质量的可行性和有效性。方法将491例门诊患者随机分为对照组（A组，常规指导）和观察组（B组，短信指导+常规指导）；比较2组间的肠道准备评分、进镜时间、退镜时间、检查成功率、息肉检出率及不良反应发生率。结果 B组的肠道准备评分高于A组（P=0.01）；B组肠道准备评分≥6分的比例高于A组（P=0.013）；B组的退镜时间低于A组（P=0.003）；B组的息肉检出率高于A组（P<0.05）；2组间进镜时间差异无统计学意义（P=0.96）；2组间检查成功率差异无统计学意义（P=0.851）；2组间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论手机短信指导可以改善门诊结肠镜检查者的肠道准备质量，提高大肠息肉的检出率。
