高师体育院系术科教学质量何以堪忧--术科普修课教学有效性提升的可行性研究

         

摘要

近年来,高等体育院系办学条件与环境已得到较大程度的改善,教师的工资、奖金、课时费等已有了较大幅度的提高,但术科普修课的教学质量并未因为这些条件的变化而随之提高,反而日趋呈现低效、无效、甚至是负效的态势,其表现为:准备部分形式单一、教学方法“想当年”、教学组织低效、教学时间与精力投入不足、错误技术归因有偏误、教学研究走偏。解决的途径为:依据多元智能理论实行真正意义的“选项课”;听评课制度化与科学化;术科教师运动技术、技能大比武;术科教师自身学习能力形成是最好的授课方式;术科教师把教学活动做为应然的生活常态。%In recent years,the conditions of sports department of higher education have been improved largely,and the salaries,bonuses and class fees have been raised significantly,but the teaching quality of general sports technical courses hasn't risen with the improvement of these conditions,rather it has a declining trend,manifested as:Form of preparing lessons is monotonous;teaching method is often out of style;teaching organization is inefficient;devotion of time and effort to teaching is inadequate;teaching is vulnerable;teaching research is deviated.The solutions are given as follows:To conduct the "elective class"based on the theory of "multiple intelligence";to make the observation and evaluation of lessons systematic and scientific;to carry out fierce competitions of sports technology and skills among teachers;cultivation and development of teachers 'learning ability is the best teaching way;physical education teachers should take the teaching activities as the orientation of delighted life.
