经阴道超声结合腹部加压法在卵巢恶性肿瘤中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and manual epigas-tric in the diagnosis of ovary malignant tumour. Methods Sixty-eight cases of ovary malignant tumour for the test re-sults ultrasound pressure in the combination of the pathology were compared with the results of operation. Results The diagnose accordance rate was 87%. Eight cases were of misdiagnosis and 1 case was missed diagnosis. Mucous cystoadenocarcinoma were in 28 cases, serous cystoadenocarcinoma in 19 cases, malignant teratoma in 3 cases, dis-germinoma in 6 cases, endodermal sinus tumor in 5 cases, krukenberg tumor in 7 cases. Conclusion The coinci-dence rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and manual epigastric compression in the diagnosis of ovary malig-nant tumor increased, which can provide clinical important information for medical treatment.%目的：探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声结合腹部加压法检查在卵巢恶性肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法对68例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者经阴道超声结合腹部加压法检查结果与手术病理结果相对照。结果本组68例经阴道超声结合腹部加压法诊断准确率为87％，分别为黏液性囊腺癌28例，浆液性囊腺癌19例，恶性畸胎瘤3例，无性细胞瘤6例，内胚窦瘤5例，库肯勃瘤7例，误诊8例，漏诊1例。结论经阴道超声结合腹部加压法诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤符合率高，可为临床诊断治疗提供重要信息。
