目的：了解支气管肺类癌CT征象的病理基础，探讨CT对此病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析34例经病理及免疫组织化学检查证实的支气管肺类癌患者，将CT表现与病理改变进行对照。结果34例患者中，病灶境界清楚，边缘光滑20例，边缘毛刺状14例；8例病灶内见钙化；32例行增强扫描的病例均显示为中等至明显强化，均匀或不均匀。病理证实20例为不典型类癌，14例为典型类癌。结论支气管肺类癌的CT表现与其病理特征一致，境界清楚、边缘光滑、钙化发生率较高、强化明显等提示本病可能。%Objective To explore the pathological foundation of CT manifestations of bronchopulmonary carci-noid and to evaluate the value of CT in the diagnosis. Methods The CT images of 34 patients with bronchopul-monary carcinoid, which were confirmed pathologically, were analyzed retrospectively. The CT features of these pa-tients were compared with the corresponding pathological changes. Results Of all the patients, 20 cases were diag-nosed as atypical bronchopulmonary carcinoid pathologically while 14 cases were typical bronchopulmonary carcinoid. For CT features, 20 lesions had clear border and smooth margin, and 14 cases had speculated margin. The calcifica-tion was found in 8 lesions; thirty-two of all 34 cases underwent contrast-enhanced examination, and all had moderate to marked enhancement with or without uniformity. Conclusion The CT findings of the bronchopulmonary carcinoid were in accordance with their pathological changes. The characteristics of CT, such as clear border, smooth region, and calcification provide the possibility for bonchopulmonary carcinoid.
