超声检查在泌尿系结石诊疗中的应用价值

摘要

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound examination in the application of uri-nary calculi. Methods Review 1 685 cases with urinary calculi diagnosed by ultrasound in our hospital in recent years, Follow-up treatment were processed. For different gravel lithotomy, intervention ultrasound guidance were adopted and then evaluate the curative effect. Results The accurate rate was 98.98% (1 669/1 685) and the sensi-tivity was 100%. Conclusion Ultrasound examination has irreplaceable value in the diagnosis and treatment of uri-nary tract calculi.%目的 探讨超声检查在泌尿系结石诊疗中的应用价值. 方法 回顾近年来本院1 685例经超声检查诊断的泌尿系结石患者,并随访治疗过程,在不同的碎石取石方式中,均采用超声检查介入指导并评价疗效.结果 超声诊断准确率98.98%(1 669/1 685),敏感性100%.结论 超声检查手段在泌尿系结石诊疗过程中具有不可取代的价值.
