目的：评估支架成形术治疗颈动脉狭窄的临床疗效和安全性。方法对34例经脑血管造影证实的颈动脉狭窄患者进行血管内支架成形术，并进行随访观察分析。结果34例手术均成功，共植入支架42枚，手术成功率为100％，狭窄率从术前平均（73±5）％下降到术后（12±4）％，术中出现一过性心率减慢、血压下降22例，术后持续性低血压1例。随访6～24个月均未再次发生脑卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）。结论支架成形术治疗颈动脉狭窄技术成功率高、围手术期并发症少。%Objective To assess the efficiency and security of carotid artery stenting (CAS) in treating carotid artery stenosis. Methods Thirty﹣four patients diagnosed with carotid artery stenosis by digital subtraction angiogra﹣phy (DSA) received the CAS therapy. Results Thirty﹣four cases were treated by the CAS therapy successfully. A tatal of 42 stents implanted. The mean degree of stenosis decreased from preprocedural (72.6±5.3)% to(11.5±4.2)%. During the operation, there were 22 cases of transient heart rate and blood pressure drop. Postoperative persistent hy﹣potension was in 1 case. During the follow﹣up for 6~24 months, there were no recurrent stroke or TIA. Conclusion CAS has higher technical success rate and lower complications during perioperative period in the treatment of carotid artery stenosis.
