Objective To investigate the CT findings of ganglioneuroma for improving its recognization and diagnostic accuracy. Methods Combining the clinical manifestations and pathlolgical characteristics, the CT im-ages of seven ganglioneuromas were analyzed retrospectively, CT plain scan and enhancement scan in 7 patinents. Results Among 7 patients with ganglioneuroma , the lesions in the posterior mediastinum (2 cases), in the retroperitoneal space (2 cases), in the right adrenal gland, the left parapharyngeal space and the pelvis (each 1 case). On plain scan, the lesions was of homogeneous low density (6 cases) or inhomogeneous density (1 case) . On enhanced scan , there were mild or moderate enhancement (3 cases) and no enhancement (4 cases) ,with speckled and sand-like calcifications (3 cases). Conclusion Ganglioneuroma has some specific imaging features ,the combination of CT findings with clinical information are helpful for its diagnose and differential diagnosis.%目的：探讨节细胞神经瘤的CT表现特点，以提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的7例节细胞神经瘤的CT平扫及增强扫描特点（病变部位、大小、边界、钙化、强化特点）。结果7例节细胞神经瘤中，病灶位于后纵隔者2例，位于腹膜后间隙者2例，位于右侧肾上腺、左侧咽旁间隙及盆腔内者各1例。所有病灶均边界清楚，圆形或椭圆形。CT平扫表现为肿瘤呈均匀低密度6例、混杂密度1例；伴有斑点状及砂粒样钙化3例；增强扫描后，呈轻、中度强化3例、不强化4例。结论节细胞神经瘤CT表现有一定的特点，结合临床症状有助于其诊断和鉴别诊断。
