CT及磁共振成像对腹膜后纤维化的诊断价值

摘要

目的：探讨腹膜后纤维化（RPF）的CT及磁共振成像（MRI）影像表现。方法回顾性分析9例均经病理证实为RPF患者的CT及MRI平扫和增强的影像表现特点。结果 RPF的CT表现为腹膜后弥漫性软组织影或肿块，早、中期增强呈轻、中度强化，晚期无强化。 MRI为T1WI呈等低信号，T2WI呈等低信号，病变早中期增强呈轻、中度强化，晚期增强无强化。结论 CT及MRI对腹膜后纤维化的分期及临床疗效具有重要的诊断和指导价值。%Objective To investigate the CT and MRI imaging findings of retroperitoneal fibrosis. Methods Retrospectively analyze of 9 patients with pathologically confirmed CT and MRI patients with RPF scan and enhanced imaging features. Results CT showed that the RPF had a soft tissue shadow or lump in the retroperitoneal space, and the early and mid-to-stage enhancement was mild and moderate. MRI for T1WI was low signal, T2WI signal and other low signal, early and middle stage of the lesion was mild, moderate enhancement, late enhancement without reinforce-ment. Conclusion CT and MRI have important diagnostic and guiding value in staging and clinical curative effect of retroperitoneal fibrosis.
