目的：分析小肠间质瘤的螺旋CT表现，评价其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析15例经手术病理证实的小肠间质瘤的螺旋CT表现。结果15例小肠间质瘤中良性11例，恶性4例；病变部位：十二指肠2例，空肠9例，回肠4例；大小：＜5cm9例，＞5cm6例；生长方式：位于腔内3例，腔外4例，腔内外8例；形态：肿块呈圆形、类圆形10例（67％），不规则形5例（33％）；免疫组织化学染色检测：全部病例CD117、CD34均呈阳性， SMA、Desmin、S-100表达阴性或弱阳性。结论 CT不仅可以反映肿块的大小、部位、肿瘤的内部结构等改变，还可反映恶性间质瘤淋巴结及肝脏转移情况。螺旋CT对小肠间质瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值。%Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of the intestinal stromal tumor by analyzing its spiral CT appearances. Methods The spiral CT findings of 15 cases with pathologically proven small intestinal stromal tu-mor were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 15 cases of small intestinal stromal tumor, 11 cases were diag-nosed as benign tumor (73%), four cases malignant(27%). the diseased region in the 15 cases, two cases of the intesti-nal stromal tumor appear in duodenum (13%), 9 cases in jejunum (60%), 4 cases in ileum(27%); the size of the in-testinal stromal tumor: 9 cases of the intestinal stromal tumor are smaller than 5cm (60%) ; 6 cases are bigger than 5cm (40%); Growth patterns of tumor: in the 15 cases, the inside and outside the cavity was the main pattern (53%) ;intracavitary pattern accounted for 20%, external pattern 27%;tumor morphology: in the ten cases, tumors were round and round like (67%),in 5 cases irregular in shape (33%); immunohistochemical staining: all of the cases of CD117 and CD34 were positive; as for SMA, desmin and S-100 expression were negative or weakly positive. The diseased re-gion, the internal structure change of the tumor can be reflected in CT, CT can also reflect the tumor metastas lymph node and its metastasis in liver. Conclusion Spiral CT has an important value in differential diagnosis of small in-testinal stromal tumor.
