Objective To investigate the sonographic features and performance of cervical lymph node core by color Doppler, analyze the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler for diagnosis of cervical lymph node core. Methods Fifty-two patients with cervical lymphadenopathy from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital confirmed by surgery or pathology were collected as research subjects ,they all underwent high-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler examination, the results of their diagnosis were then analyzed. Results The ultrasound diagnostic accuracy was 92%, of which 5 cases with lymph node tuberculosis, 6 cases with malignant lym-phoma, 12 cases with metastatic lymph nodes, 25 cases with lymph node inflammation hyperplasia. Ultrasound image had such characteristics as follows: most lymph were showed as cylindrical shape or elliptical, some had clear bound-aries, internal change were manifold,most were hypoechoic, and its interior had visible patchy irregular hyperechoic foci, on color Doppler image the flow signal decreased or disappeared, with most of the lymph nodes surrounding the bloodstream rich. Conclusion The cervical lymph nodes have characteristic sonographic appearance. High-frequency ultrasound combined with color Doppler can do help for the diagnosis of cervical lymphadenopathy ,which can effec-tively reduce the burden on patients for the treatment of cervical lymphadenopathy ,providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.%目的：探讨颈部淋巴结核的声像图特征及彩色多普勒表现，分析高频超声联合彩色多普勒诊断颈部淋巴结核的临床价值。方法选取我院于2014年1月至2016年1月来院经手术或病理证实为颈部淋巴结核患者52例作为研究对象，均行高频超声及彩色多普勒检查，对其诊断结果进行分析。结果本组病例中超声诊断准确率为92％，其中淋巴结结核5例、恶性淋巴瘤6例、转移性淋巴结12例、炎性反应性增生淋巴结25例；超声图像特点：大多淋巴结形态呈圆形或椭圆形，部分边界清晰，内部多呈多样性改变，大多呈低回声，其内部可见斑片状不规则强回声灶，彩色多普勒显示血流信号减少或消失，大多淋巴结周边血流丰富。结论颈部淋巴结核有特征性的声像图表现，利用高频超声联合彩色多普勒诊断颈部淋巴结核可以有效减轻患者负担，为颈部淋巴结核的治疗提供参考。
