高频超声对浅表脂肪瘤的诊断价值

摘要

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency Doppler ultrasound in the diagno-sis of superficial tumor. Methods From June 2014 to June 2015, 128 patients with superficial tumor were diagnosed as patients with superficial tumor, and the instrument was HD15 Philips color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus . Results One hundred and eleven cases were diagnosed superficial tumor preoperatively by ultrasound, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 86.7%, 9 cases with the mass of undetermined, 5 cases of misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis of 3 cas-es. The sonographic features of superficial tumors were low echo, medium or mixed mass in the subcutaneous fat layer, and the boundary was clear, and the internal echo was different. Conclusion There are some characteristics in the ultrasonic imaging of superficial tumor. Exploreing the characteristics of the ultrasonic imaging can help diagnose and differentiate the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.%目的：探讨高频多普勒超声对浅表脂肪瘤的诊断价值。方法选取2014年6月至2015年9月来我院诊断为浅表脂肪瘤患者128例，检查仪器为Philips HD15彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，经手术切除或穿刺活检获取病理诊断。结果术前超声诊断脂肪瘤111例，诊断准确率为86.7％，肿块性质未定9例，误诊5例，漏诊3例。浅表脂肪瘤超声表现为皮下脂肪层内低回声、中等偏高回声或混合性肿块，边界较清，内部回声因分型有所差异，后方回声无明显改变或有衰减。结论浅表脂肪瘤超声声像图表现有一定特征性，探讨分析其超声声像图特点，有助于对浅表脂肪瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断，但对于不典型性脂肪瘤，超声诊断仍有困难，需借助病理诊断。
