Objective To explore the clinical application of dorsal foot flap for repairing of skin and soft tissue defect of the first web space. Methods From April 2010 to May 2015, 12 cases with skin and soft tissue defect of the first web space were treated by the dorsal foot flap, the flap area was 6.6 cm ×3.6 cm to 7.5 cm ×5.5 cm. Regular follow-up after operation, summed the appearance and function. Results After operation, 12 cases all survived, with plump appearance, close to normal color and no contracture. Patients were followed up for 8~14 months, the average angle of the first web space was (89.62 ±2.33)° , the average width of the first web space was (5.73 ±1.01) cm, opposition and adduction and abduction of the thumb was fine. Conclusion The appearance, texture and function recover satisfactorily after operation of the application of dorsal foot flap to repair skin and soft tissue defect of the first space, the donor site was conceal, with good clinical effect.%目的 探讨应用足背皮瓣游离移植修复虎口皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效.方法 2010年4月-2015年5月,收治虎口皮肤软组织缺损12例,采用足背皮瓣游离移植修复,切取皮瓣面积为3.6 cm×6.6 cm~5.5 cm×7.5 cm,术后定期随访,总结修复虎口的外观与功能情况.结果 术后12例皮瓣全部成活,虎口饱满,外观、色泽接近正常,无继发挛缩.术后随访8~14个月,虎口角平均(89.62±2.33)°,虎口宽度平均(5.73±1.01)cm,拇指对掌、内收、外展功能恢复良好.结论 应用足背皮瓣游离移植修复虎口皮肤软组织缺损,术后虎口外观、质地及功能均恢复满意,供区位置隐蔽,临床效果良好.
