鄱阳湖生态经济区建设的公众参与及其教育的责任

摘要

Public participation is necessary to achieve the strategic aim of coordination between economic development and ecological environment protection in Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone, and education plays a very important role to enhance the effectiveness of public participation. To give full play to the role of education in public participation in building Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone, this paper puts forward some strengthening education on ecological ethics and ecological civilization; enhancing education about ecology and environmental status of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone; promoting the successful environment-friendly experi- ence in social practice; stressing both school education and social education%要实现鄱阳湖生态经济区的经济发展与生态环境保护相互协调的战略目标,离不开全民的共同参与;而要调动公众参与的积极性,提升公众参与的成效,又离不开教育的责任,为了充分发挥教育在全民参与鄱阳湖生态经济区建设中的作用,一要加强生态伦理与生态文明教育,二要加大鄱阳湖生态经济区生态环境现状教育,三要及时宣传与推广成功的环境友好型社会实践经验,四要做到学校教育和社会教育并重。
