Exploratory Study on Responsibility, Liability, and Accountability for Risks in Construction

摘要

This report addresses the increasingly critical situation arising from the failure to deal effectively with risks in construction. Risks to life, of bodily injury, to the health of workers and the public, and of property damage are of concern, as well as the risks of costly delays due to decisions made and decisions delayed. Nineteen recommendations are offered.
