The present invention relates generally to a database establishing system for remote education via the Internet, which continuously stores written contents and audio data of a lecturer in a lecture into a memory by digitalizing the same, and after the class, uploads lecture data stored in the memory into a web server to update a daily lecture database so that a user can access the web server at any time besides given lecture times to watch lecture contents of a desired date. The system of the invention comprises: a control computer (21) for recognizing and storing contents written on a touch screen 11) by a lecturer in a lecture, continuously A/D converting and storing audio signals inputted via a microphone (12), and uploading the stored written contents and audio signals via an interface unit (22) when the lecture ends; a memory uit (23) for storing the written contents and the continuously converted digital audio signals; a web server (24) for downloading the uploaded digital data signals and providing the lecture data to PCs (15) connected thereto via the Internet (14); and a daily lecture database (25) for storing the digital data signals downloaded by the web server according to lecture dates.
