升压型PWM整流器-逆变器多级串联仿真

         

摘要

Many problems should be considered in design of high-voltage power converter, especially the current control at the AC main and the output voltage waveform. Traditional non-controlled rectifier is non-linear, which is not conducive to optimizing the design of high-vokage transformer. Traditional VSI with single-phase inverter structure is not conductive to the improvement of the power hierarchy. In addition, the problem of common-mode voltage suppression exists in the rectifier and inverter. To solve the above problems, the PWM rectifier with power factor close to 1 and cascade inverters is proposed. All control principles are tested by MATLAB/SIMULINK.%高压大功率变频器的设计包括多个方面,其中网侧电流控制、输出电压波形控制是至关重要的两个方面。传统不控整流器本身是非线性的.不利于高压变压器的优化设计。传统电压源逆变器采用单一的单相逆变器结构,不利于功率等级的提高。文中采用单周期控制PWM整流器,并采用逆变器多级串联来提高功率等级,并采用MATLAB/SIMuLINK进行了仿真研究。
