青藏铁路综合安全管理信息系统的设计开发

摘要

The paper analyzes the function to be provided by integrated safety management information sys- tem in the special environment of the Qinghai - Tibet Railway, puts forward the function module of the system. It analyzes closed - loop process of the system to data, and presents the key points of technology that will be real- ized in the construction of Qinghai -Tibet Railway integrated safety management information system. The construction of the system will set up an overall view of the company operating safety circumstances for every related department in the Qinghai - Tibet Railway Company, which will provide basis for the leader' s decision, safety management and integrity maintenance.%分析了在青藏铁路特殊环境下综合安全管理信息系统应具备的功能，并给出了系统功能模块．分析了系统对于数据的闭环处置流程，给出了青藏铁路综合安全管理信息系统建设的技术实现要点．该系统的建设将为青藏铁路公司各相关部门建立一个全面的公司运营安全情况视图，为领导的决策、安全管理及综合性维护等提供依据．
