国家治理现代化语境中的群众路线--兼论群众路线的时代价值与现实意义

The people’s support is the base for the Party’s governance,and the modernization of national governance also needs the trust of the masses. As a whole,the Party’s mass line must profoundly reveal the so-cial foundation of state governance,actively deal with the relationship between the Party and the masses,deeply fit the democratic trend of the modernization of our state governance,scientifically answer a series of important relationships between the Party and people,be beneficial to the construction of the modernization of national gov-ernance system and governance capacity,and is an important way for the construction of the CPC’s legitimate governance in the period of transition.%人民群众的支持和拥护是党的执政之基，国家治理现代化同样要得到人民群众的信任和支持。党的群众路线深刻揭示了国家治理的社会基础，积极应对了国家治理中的党群关系，深度契合了国家治理现代化的民主潮流，科学回答了党和人民之间一系列重大关系问题，有利于国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设，是转型时期中国共产党执政合法性建设的重要途径。
