151例儿童严重药品不良反应报告分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the severe adverse drug reaction( ADR)reports,understand the characteristics of ADR in children and provide reference for clinical application. MetHods 151 cases of ADR reports collected in our hospi-tal from 2012 to 2013 were analyzed using retrospective study method,then we analyzed the reason why ADR prone to hap-pen in children and the underlying mechanism of drugs. Results The results showed that the susceptibility of children to adverse drug reaction may involve in the physical characteristics,previous medical history and allergies,less clinical trial da-ta and intravenous as the main route of administration. The main types of ADR were the skin and systemic damage. The drugs involved were mainly anti-microbial drugs. CoNclusioN Reducing the incidence of ADR required the concerted ef-forts of country,production companies,doctors,nurses and pharmacists.%目的：对儿童严重药品不良反应报告数据进行分析，了解儿童药品不良反应特点，为儿童临床安全用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究的方法，对我院2012~2013年收集上报的151例儿童严重药品不良反应报告进行统计分析，并分析了儿童易引起严重不良反应的原因及主要药品发生机制。结果儿童易发生严重药品不良反应主要与儿童生理特点、既往用药史及过敏史、临床试验资料少、以静脉滴注为主要给药途径等均有关；主要累及器官为皮肤及附件损害和全身性损害；涉及的药物品种主要是抗微生物药物。结论减少药品不良反应的发生需要国家、生产企业、医师、护士、药师等多方面的共同努力。
