清热解毒口服液中山银花的检查方法研究

摘要

Objective To establish TLC and HPLC - ELSD methods for the inspection of Lonicerae flos in Qingre Jiedu Oral Solution. Methods The sample of Qingre Jiedu Oral Solution was chromatographed over a D101 macroporous resin column to enrich macranthoidin B,which was a characteristic component of Lonicerae flos and thus used as the detec-tion index. Preliminary screening of the inspection was carried out with a TLC method;An HPLC - ELSD method was ap-plied to determine the content of Lonicerae flos. Results Lonicerae flos was detected in samples supplied from two enterpri-ses. Conclusion The methods were simple and accurate,which can be applied to detect the use of Lonicerae japonicae flos in Qingre Jiedu Oral Solution.%目的：建立薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法（HPLC - ELSD），对清热解毒口服液进行山银花检查。方法清热解毒口服液样品以 D101大孔吸附树脂处理，富集山银花的特征成分灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙。以该成分为山银花的检出指标，采用 TLC 法进行样品的初筛，并以 HPLC - ELSD 法进行限量检查。结果两个厂家提供的样品中检出山银花。结论建立的方法简便、准确，可用于判断清热解毒口服液中金银花的投料情况。
