Methylprednisolone for synthetic glucocorticoids,anti - inflammatory effect,is the most commonly used drugs in treatment of asthma. The adverse reactions of methylprednisolone are quite a lot,and with the course of treatment,dosage, etc. This paper discussed 1 cases of blood glucose increasing in patients with bronchial asthma using methylprednisolone,to explore the importance of clinical pharmacists and ensure patient safety.%甲泼尼龙为合成的糖皮质激素，抗炎作用较强，是哮喘治疗最常用的药物。该药不良反应较多，且与疗程、剂量等有密切联系。本文通过临床药师对1例甲泼尼龙致支气管哮喘患者血糖升高病例的药学监护，探讨临床药师保障患者用药安全的重要性。
