肝纤维化是慢性肝病患者中最常见的病理特征.慢性肝损伤可以引发炎症和伤口愈合反应,IKK/NF-κB 是炎症中一个至关重要的信号通路,在很大程度上影响肝纤维化的发生发展,可以成为预防或治疗肝纤维化的靶标.本文综述了 IKK/NF-κB 通路在肝纤维化中的作用机制和相关的药物研究进展.%Hepatic fibrosis is the most common pathological feature in patients with chronic liver disease.Chronic liver injury can lead to inflammation and wound healing response.IKK/NF-κB is a critical signaling pathway in inflammation,so it affects the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis.It can become the target of prevention or treatment of liver fibrosis.The paper summarized the role of IKK/NF-κB pathway in liver fibrosis and studies of correlated drugs.
