IKK／NF －κB 通路在类风湿性关节炎中的作用及相关药物研究进展

Inflammation play a critical role in the pathological process of rheumatoid arthritis.IKK/NF -κB signaling pathway have effects on the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis and could provide novel treatment strategies for rheumatoid arthritis.This article summarized the role of IKK/NF -κB signal pathway in the rheumatoid arthritis and its underlying mechanism,studies of correlated drugs.%在类风湿性关节炎的病理过程中，炎症反应扮演着关键性角色。IKK／NF －κB 作为炎症中一个至关重要的信号通路，在很大程度上影响了类风湿性关节炎的发展过程。本文综述了 IKK／NF －κB 通路在类风湿性关节炎中的作用，机制和相关药物的研究。
