非离子与阴离子表面活性剂复配制备石蜡微乳液

         

摘要

利用非离子表面活性剂辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,阴离子表面活性剂脂肪醇醚磷酸酯钾盐和助剂正戊醇,对石蜡微乳液的制备进行了研究.选用均匀设计与调优软件对表面活性剂的配比进行设计与调优,考察了表面活性剂间的协同作用.乳化剂的最佳配方(质量分数)为:OP-4(82.47%),MOA-3PK(11.11%),正戊醇(6.42%).研究结果表明当乳化剂质量分数为5%,固含量为25%,搅拌速度600~800 r/min,乳化时间为40 min时,可制备出性能稳定的石蜡微乳液.%The paraffin wax microemulsion was prepared with OPEO (nonionic surfactant) and fat alcohol ethers potassium phosphate (anionic surfactant). Uniform design and optimization software were used in design of the emulsifier formula and the optimization of the experiment results. The synergic effect between the surfactants was investigated. The optimum formula of the mass fraction was OP-4: 82. 47%, MOA -3PK: 11. 11%, - amyl alcohol; 6, 42%. Optimum conditions were as follows: mass fraction of emulsifier was 5%, the solid content was 25%, the stir speed was 600-800 r/min and the emulsification time was 40 min. Under the conditions, the paraffin wax microemulsion which is translucent and baby blue can be prepared.
