络合沉淀法制备高纯白色二氧化铈及其光催化的研究

     

摘要

The cerium oxide was prepared by complex-precipitation method using ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt as precipitator and complexing agent . The methylene blue was photocatalyzed to degrate by CeO2 as catalyst . The experiment researched the influence of the amount of complexing agent ,reaction time and temperature on the cerium oxide .It was characterized by XRD ,SEM ,UV ,IR .The results show that the optimal condition of preparing CeO2 is the mole ratio of ceric sulfate and complexing agent is 1∶3 ,reaction time is 1 h ,temperature is 60 ℃ .The high purity and crystalline cerium oxide was prepared by complex-precipitation method .The experiment researched photocatalytic activity of CeO2 and discussed the effect of catalyst dosage ,hydrogen peroxide ,pH ,time on degrading methylene blue .The results show that the optimal condition of photocatalysis is catalyst dosage is 20 mg ,the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 6 mL ,pH was 6 ,the photocatalytic time is 120 min in the 100 mL solution of methylene blue .%以乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐为络合剂和沉淀剂,采用络合沉淀法制备CeO2并用于光催化降解亚甲基蓝。实验考察络合剂用量、反应时间和反应温度对产物的影响。采用XRD、SEM、IR、UV对产物进行表征。结果表明,制备CeO2最佳条件为硫酸铈与络合剂的物质的量比为1∶3,反应时间1 h ,反应温度60℃,络合沉淀法制备的氧化铈为白色、纯度较高。同时对CeO2进行了光催化研究,考察了催化剂用量、双氧水用量、pH、催化时间对光催化实验的影响。结果表明,光催化最佳条件为,100mL亚甲基蓝溶液中催化剂用量20mg,双氧水6mL,pH为6,光照时间120 m in。
