The Lingqu Canal has included all the conditions of the declaration of world cultural heritage. The concept of“declaration is the greatest support of projects, of publicity, of investment promotion and of environmental renovation ". All of us should seize the opportunity and go all out to pay special attention and support to the declaration of world cultural heritage for Lingqu Canal.%灵渠完全具备申报世界文化遗产的条件，要树立“申遗就是最大的项目，申遗的过程就是宣传灵渠、招商引资的过程，环境整治也是机遇”的观念，抓住申遗这个千载难逢的机遇，上下联动、全力以赴抓好灵渠申遗。
