从除贴字等看清代贵州天柱地区田赋实征

摘要

清代清水江文书中的契约，不仅具有对私有财产协商解决机制的功能，同时也具有保障国家田赋征收的协商解决机制功能。清代天柱文书中的“除贴字”“计开过亩清单”是民间有关田赋征收的一种协商解决的有效实现机制。%There are two main functions of the contract of Qingshuijiang Documents in Qing dynasty, which are the mechanisms for negotiated solution on private property and guaranteeing the national land tax. Chu Tiezi and the inventory of Ji Kai Guo Mu are examples of effective implementation mechanism of negotiated solution related to land tax.
