Concerning on Technology Finance in Terms of Supporting the Transformation Development of Traditional Superior Industries in Less Developed Area:Taking the Civil Aviation Industry in Aushun City of Guizhou Province as an Example

The combination of science and technology development with financial measures is proved as an innovation model.The transformation development of traditional superior industries in less developed area urge the technology innovation,while the obvious demand of capital.That is the reason that the science and technology is the inevitable choice of supporting the transformation development of traditional superior industries in less developed area.Based on the analysis of the present situation research of technology finance,taking the civil aviation industry in Aushun city of Guizhou province as the sample,the development model has been discussed in the paper.It is concluded that exploring the technology finance service mode of "equity and debt",building the integration platform of technology finance service for investment,guarantee and petty loan,and innovating the existing risk sharing mode of technology finance would promote the transformation development of traditional superior industries in less developed area.But it's important to pay attention to the risk prevention in practice.
