上颌后牙区骨量严重不足的种植1例临床报告

摘要

Dental implantation has become a predictable and popular treatment for restoration missing tooth/teeth, which one third of cases were found in maxillary posterior areas.The height of available bone beds is limited because of its anatomical structure with the presence of the maxillary sinus.Maxillar sinus floor augmentation technique is effectively used to solve this problem.This report was focused on the maxillary sinus floor elevation and onlay bone grafting so that dental implants could bo performed.%种植修复已成为临床上牙列缺损或缺失后常规的义齿修复方法.上颌后部牙齿缺失需要种植的病例约为种植病例的1/3,该部位由于有上颌窦的存在,使得牙齿缺失后牙槽嵴顶距上颌窦底的高度有限,往往不能满足种植的需要,上颌窦外侧壁开窗窦底提升植骨术有效地解决了这一问题.本文就1例上颌窦底位置较低同时伴有牙槽嵴顶严重吸收的病例,行上颌窦底外侧壁提升植骨术及牙槽嵴顶游离自体骨块Onlay植骨术,延期种植义齿修复.
