Objective: To analyze and explain the designs of implant supported restoration for aclusions. Methods: Three cases of aclusion patients were carefully checked and generally considered to design their treatment using dental implants, Their outcomes were analyzed. Results: The aclusions were treated by implant supported denture restoration. All patients were stable retention, well-function, comfort and with long-term success rate. Conclusions: Attentions to four aspects in the design process are needed: ① transformation of retention form removable implant supported dentures to fixed ones; ② change of the shape of the denture bases; ③ the variations of maxillo-mandibular relation; ④ all considerations for the stomatogastric system. The long-term success rate can really be accomplished by implant supported denture restoration.%目的:通过病例分析讲解无牙颌种植义齿修复设计.方法:对3个典型无牙颌病例进行全面综合检查,提出设计方案,进行种植义齿修复,并分析修复效果,总结无牙颌种植修复的经验.结果:3个无牙颌病例经过种植义齿修复后,义齿固位稳定,功能良好,美观舒适,长期成功率高.结论:在无牙颌种植义齿修复设计中应注意①同位方式转变(可摘变固定);②义齿基板外形的改变;③胎位关系的不同;④口颌系统全面考虑.这样才能真正达到种植义齿修复的长期成功.
