我国海洋教育政策的发展脉络及其内容分析

摘要

在对我国海洋教育政策的发展历程进行回顾的基础上，概括我国海洋教育政策从无到有、渐进发展的基本特征；对我国海洋教育相关政策内容的文本进行了梳理和归纳，对不同指向、不同层级的海洋教育政策给予内容分析，提出既有海洋教育政策存在的不足与问题，提出海洋教育政策进一步完善的具体建议。%Reviewing the development of marine education policies in China ,the authors summarize the basic characteristics of marine education policies from its gradual development .Based on the content of the text ,they analyze marine education policies from different orientations and different levels and point out the existing problems and the appropriate measures of improving marine education policies .
